Our history
In late 1999, the young entrepreneurs Ignacio Puyuelo and Alex Soro decided to develop the idea of offering a new service of labeling via Internet. Without knowing it, they were creating the foundation for Teleadhesivo.com. In a small rented space in the heart of Huesca was based Banner Lettering SC, later to become Banner Image Ltd., and from which was created in March of 2000 the portal www.teleadhesivo.com, online store and decorative vinyl photo-murals.
The new service quickly settled down and began an exponential growth that has continued during its ten years of experience. Since then, improvements and developments in all sectors of the company as customer care, order management, printing systems and digital formats, etc have been continuous and have paved the way for the company.
Soon more room was needed, and manufacturing centers, customer service and order management moved into a warehouse of over 500 m also located in the city of Huesca. New and more modern production processes, with a workforce increasingly extensive and specialized turned www.teleadhesivo.com as the oldest and largest manufacturer of decorative vinyl and photo-murals sold over the Internet (certified by contrasting levels of global popularity as www.alexa.com).

Infrastructure
Our facilities occupy a two-storey warehouse of 500 square meter currently, where decorative vinyl and photo-murals are produced with machines and materials of the latest generation. The same space is used for serving customers and managing orders.
Banner Imagen S.L. is divided into different departments, each with their role and specific and concrete reason of existence. These are the following:
• Graphic Design Department, formed by professionals who update our web page- www.teleadhesivo.com- content every day.
• Customer service department, where we respond to emails and answer the phone in Spanish, English, French and Italian.
• Department of logistics, labeling and shipping of packages.
• Marketing and research department, which promotes and develops our latest ideas or creations.
• Department of cutting, where decorative vinyls are manufactured.
• Printing Department, which manages the production of photo-murals and vinyl stickers.
At present, the staff is up 11 professionals who develop their work in the various departments cited.
In Teleadhesivo, we are Confidence online.
This is the logo of this system of self-regulation, which may be displayed on their Web sites the companies that form part of Confidence Online as a badge of membership. The seal of Confidence online is useful for those companies participating in the "Code of Ethics of Trust Online." It is also definitely useful for users of Internet and new digital media, because they are able to distinguish those companies that have voluntarily undertaken ethical, responsible and deserving high standards, therefore, more confidence than any other companies lacking the distinctive of not forming part of this system of self regulation.
By clicking on the Seal of Confidence, users will have access to a specific tab of Teleadhesivo.com within the Trust Online website (www.confianzaonline.es) which is all the legal and contact information of the entity attached to the system. The tab will specify the commitments that the entity takes to join Trust Online, and finally, allows online submission of complaints against it. In Trust Online website there is all the information relating to the self-regulatory system, especially with regard to ethical standards embodied in the Code of Ethics, the functioning of judicial mechanisms for dispute resolution responsible for monitoring its implementation and for the list of companies and entities attached to this system of self-regulation.

All over the world, of course through our website www.teleadhesivo.com. Available in five languages (English, Spanish, French, German and Italian), it assures us an excellent national and international positions, and demonstrates the global and innovative character of our company.
We attend your calls in Spanish from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. We attend your calls in English from 7 am to 3 pm and in the rest of the languages by e-mail.
The offices and manufacturing facilities are located in Huesca, from where we distribute our products to any part in the world.
